The Coal Preparation Process
1.The raw coal magnetically separated after coarse crushing;
2.Coal going to coal supply machine from hopper;
3.Coal going to grinding chamber with hot dry air;
4.Broken coal going to a swirl wind separator through the primary wind generated by mill itself.
5.Fine coal combusting in burner after transmitted through a pipeline.
6.Due to the larger inertia, coarse coal cannot be taken away by primary wind after a whirlwind separator, going back into the hopper and being regrinded through feeding entrance.
NOTES:
The primary wind temperature had better reach 250 ~ 300 °C when going to the mill. Coal should be magnetic separated before going into the mill to remove metal, wood and other objects from coal. The coal particle size and surface water shall meet the following requirements before grinding
